This lovely soft flour, creamy white in colour, is milled from only English organic wheat. Our island protected by the warm Atlantic currents has a gentle maritime climate ideal for our farmers to grow the soft wheat required to make this cake and pastry flour.
To give flexibility we have chosen not to add a raising agent, this flour can be used for baking delicious cakes, pastries, biscuits and sauces. If you require a self-rising flour, then please add a raising agent.
